Synopsis; Joe Lightcloud (Elvis) gets 20 cows and a bull from a local politico so he can become a cattle baron thanks to a new Indian management project for the U.S. Government. Joe spends most of the time riding the bull and his motorbike, but nothing Joe does seems to work ou. He finally gets in over his head when he throws a little party for some boozing buddies. His only bull is being used for target practice and later for ribs. Without this bull, Joe’s career as a little cattle baron is in jeopardy, and he begins selling the cows that the government gave him in an attempt to raise money to buy another bull. When a congressman finds out, the family is threatened with prison for selling government property. Finally, Joe does something right by winning a bull-riding contest. He uses his winning to buy a new bull, and gets the government of his back.
