Ed Leek died a couple of days ago.

The story of Ed's friendship with Elvis Presley can be seen on earlier posts here and in the Goldmine magazine on the Internet.

Ed is survived by his wife Susan. They had no children.

Ed was famous in the Elvis Presley world because he owned Elvis's very first recording, "My Happiness" recorded for four dollars in 1953.

The future of the "My Happiness" Acetate by Elvis remains uncertain.
