Elizabeth from NYC, has just returned from a trip to Las Vegas and while there, she staying at a Hilton owned time share and during a talk with a member of management, Elizabeth's friend mentioned the matter of the Las Vegas Hilton losing the name and he suspects it's due to a law suit filed by Hilton against Colony Resorts, the company that owns that Las Vegas Hotel?

Apparently, in order to keep using the Hilton name you need to keep up certain standards and it's alleged that the Las Vegas Hotel, owned by Colony Resorts might not be doing that?

The feeling is, It could be a serious threat and hopefully the management steps up or they could lose the name.

We'll have to see what happens in 2012...
