A 7-foot-tall statue of Elvis appears to have been stolen from the roof of a Rosedale, Md., diner.

Maria Pigiaditis, owner of the Happy Day Diner, says all that's left of the beloved statue are part of his feet.

Pigiaditis and her husband contacted Baltimore County Police after customers alerted them of the loss. The couple also turned over surveillance tapes to police that show a white van pulling up to the building overnight Wednesday.

Pigiaditis says the diner's former owner bought the fiberglass statue for $1,500 in 2001, and since then, he's only been down once for a “facelift” following a storm.

The Pigiaditis family is checking eBay for any signs of the statue.
