STUMP IS COMING TO EUROPE!
’The Original Elvis Tribute’ will be returning to Europe less than a month from now for a series of nine high profile shows.
We are very pleased to announce that we will be repeating the highly successful Madrid appearance; we will be returning there for a show at one of Madrid’s hottest new venues, La Sala Live, on May 13th!
I know that Duke Bardwell and Bobby Wood in particular are really looking forward to this!
We’re also very happy about the latest addition in the band, Mr. Jerome ‘Stump’ Monroe, a member of the Elvis Presley Show from 1969 to ’77, who even played drums behind Elvis on a couple of occasions (one of these shows was released recently on a much discussed ’77 box-set).
Johnny Christopher couldn’t make the tour due to a family situation, so we booked Stump instead. We’ve already heard from various fans that they are looking forward to meeting one of the ‘stars’ of the aforementioned box-set! Stump himself says: “I’m very excited about touring with these great musicians in celebration of the greatest entertainer ever, and I’m also really looking forward to meeting the European fans”.
Showdates are as follows:
Mondorf Casino, Luxembourg 28/4; 013, Tilburg (NL) 1/5; Ritz, Vaasa (FI) 3 & 4/5; Tampere-talo, Tampere (FI) 5/5; Cosmopolite, Oslo (NO) 7/5; Congress Center, Poznan (PL) 11/5; La Sala Live, Madrid (ES) 13/5; Stadthalle Bad Godesberg, Bonn (GE) 14/5.
