Virgin Executive Sir Richard Branson Throws on his Blue Suede Shoes with the Cast of Viva ELVIS.

Sir Richard Branson, best known for his Virgin brand of over 360 companies, joined the cast of Viva ELVIS™ by Cirque du Soleil® last night while in town to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Virgin Atlantic flights between London and Las Vegas. The cast from Viva ELVIS greeted Richard’s plane on the tarmac at McCarran International Airport to welcome him to Sin City.

The party kicked off at GOLD Lounge inside ARIA Resort & Casino™ at CityCenter in Las Vegas, and while at GOLD, Richard mingled with VIP guests, ARIA President Bill McBeath, and cast members from Viva ELVIS.

Moments before the show began, Richard was fitted with a leather jacket and given direction about his role on-stage – a cameo during “Blue Suede Shoes” – and a ride on the pink Cadillac in front of 1,800 theater guests.
